Amy, and others, have gone to D.C. (annually) for the last several years to working with congress to get more needed funding and legislation around suicide prevention and mental health education.  This year she met with congress representatives (Joni Ernst, Zach Nunn, Mariannette Miller-Meeks and Charles Grassley) to continue her mission of advocating for more funds and resources for suicide prevention and mental health needs.
