Compassionate OCD & Trauma Therapy in Des Moines and Beyond

Amy Davis is the Owner and Clinical Director of Diamond Heart Therapy, where she creates a supportive and authentic space for individuals seeking healing, clarity, and personal growth. Guided by curiosity, compassion, and genuine connection, Amy believes therapy should feel human first, a place where clients can openly explore their experiences, challenges, and goals without fear of judgment.

Her path into the mental health field was shaped by personal adversity, deep reflection, and a desire to help others navigate life’s most difficult moments. Today, Amy considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they uncover insight, build resilience, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that may have been overshadowed by pain, anxiety, grief, or trauma.
